Day 1: Arrive, settle in, cake and coffee, then let's get in to town for skis, boots and passes, all ready for the next morning. Perhaps a "taste" in a local hostelry then "home" for Italian supper.

Day 2: You will hear me rattling around in the kitchen and smell the breakfast cooking, encouraging you to get out there and find your ski legs. You will not be able to resist your first après-ski, but if you have given your first day a decent shot you will be home early-‘ish’ to raid the cake tin. Then shower and change ready for a relaxed aperitif, three course dinner, perhaps a little cheese/coffee, after which a days travelling and the first days skiing will have taken its toll.

Day 3: You will ski better today, it's all coming back to you! Hot chocolates at 10:30am because you were on the lifts at 9:00! Try après-ski at Senhutte with Didi Diesel but don't overdo it. This is only day 3.

Day 4: Well everyone always wants to know about Lech and Zurs. Get off to a good start and ski over there using a shuttle bus or have a cab waiting at 9:00am. Over to Zurs to do the white circle try the half pipe and race the slalom course. Come back at 5 ‘ish’, “aren't Lech and Zurs wonderful!” The après ski is not that exciting, so get home and I'll have the china teapot out ready for a cup of tea with home-made cake and biscuits. Then I suggest that everyone goes swimming/to the sauna in St Anton’s state of the art gunmetal pool heated so well you can swim outside. Have a drink or two in town then come home to a warming casserole supper and games in the house.

Day 5: My day off so there's no one to check if you are not out on the first lift. Relax and potter in the morning, then ski hard, après ski fairly large. I am not cooking but I hope you have had me arrange a table at one of St Anton's decent restaurants or just be a real ski bum and drink large and dance until it is dark then ski to the village and eat pizza still in your ski boots!

Day 6: You hopefully will have missed my cooking so eggs and bacon will tempt you out of bed. Why not head towards Stuben? Ski Albona then have lunch on the sun terrace at Berghaus Stuben. Catch a few relaxing eye closing moments before a hard afternoons skiing. Then HEY BABY (ooh! Aah!) drown yourself in the Moosewirts intoxicating atmosphere, go as large as you like it's Friday night and curry night!!

Day 7: Where did the week go? It's your last day skiing. Where will it be? Lech and Zurs again? Stuben in the morning? 'Backside' all afternoon? You decide! Perhaps après ski in town for a change. This is the farewell dinner so enjoy your home with private chef and butler. Let's celebrate the week in style and toast a return to Duffski later in the season.

Or just do whatever pleases you, it's your home!
